Holk Schubert has over a decade of experience in energy management and currently serves as the branch manager in Berlin at BFE Institut für Energie und Umwelt GmbH. Since 2018, Holk has focused on applied research and consulting in energy efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainable energy systems. As a managing director since 2021, Holk guides the strategic direction of the institute, helping companies develop sustainable energy supply models. Holk also teaches at Berliner Hochschule für Technik, specializing in Industrial Engineering and Management, and has a strong commitment to educating the next generation in energy and resource efficiency. Holk earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Process and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Production Systems.
