Leo Souza has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of art direction, design, and graphic design. Leo currently works as a Senior Art Director + Designer at BFerraz, where they create and conceptualizes experiential marketing projects, events, digital experiences, key visuals, and campaigns. Prior to this, Leo served as the Design & Marketing Manager at Fashly, where they led the brand transformation process and redesigned its communication and branding. Leo also has experience as a Creative Manager at Dream Factory and as a Co-founder & Creative Director at Gecko. Leo's earlier roles include positions at Freelancer, DM9DDB, Dia Comunicação, Selulloid AG, Tátil Design, and Tatame Magazine, where they held various graphic design and art direction positions. Throughout their career, Leo has demonstrated expertise in concept development, design, art direction, scenography, brand identity, environmental graphics, and marketing strategy.
Leo Souza has a Bachelor's degree in Design Gráfico + Design de Produto from ESDI - UERJ - Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial, which they completed from 1996 to 2001. Leo also has a High School Diploma from Colégio de São Bento - RJ, which they obtained from 1984 to 1995.
