BFG.AM is a managed senior engineering team for B2B SaaS companies and
infrastructure-software vendors. 16 engineers, designers and PMs based
in Yerevan, Armenia — already working together on long-term production
systems since 2023.

We are unusually strong on deep-systems work most outsourcing teams
will not touch — backed by real production deliveries:

- vCenter-class virtualization consoles for an enterprise virtualization
vendor (in production since late 2024)
- VMFS-class clustered filesystem for VM block storage — validated at
  32 nodes and 14,000 VMs
- Multi-platform SPICE client suite (web, native, mobile, guest with
  vGPU / 3D acceleration)
- Legacy modernization into Kubernetes — containerization and
  strangler-fig migration without source rewrites
- Platform, backend and DevOps capacity for B2B SaaS — APIs, data
layers, observability, CI / CD, cloud infrastructure

How to start: 2-week paid pilot — $4,500, full money-back at the week-1
demo. One bounded module, working code merged into your repo, plus a
30 / 60 / 90-day delivery roadmap.

Engagement models after the pilot: managed product team, dedicated
senior engineers, platform / backend / DevOps squad.
