ATTRACT. ENGAGE. LEAD.

We're Matt and Rach, two siblings with one ballsy ambition.

Our vision is clear - a world of highly engaged, high-performing workforces made up of happy, healthy people who drive business success, love what they do and make the world a better place.

No biggie, eh? 😳

When people are in the right roles, doing work they enjoy, and are recognised and supported in the right ways, they are fulfilled beyond measure.

Their families and their colleagues reap the benefits. Businesses boom. And society is better off.

Rockstar employees, mega managers and legendary leaders accelerating your
business success is the name of the game. The four ways we'll make this happen:

The BFG Talent Magnet
Our kick-ass 12-step process will craft an epic and authentic employer brand that gives you everything you need to stand out from your competition and get your ideal candidates saying 'YES!' and highly engaged from (before) day one.

The Engagement & Planning Day
Tailored to your strategic priorities, our expert-facilitated days are neurologically designed to drive connection, trust, accountability and all the warm fuzzy feels. They also inspire and motivate your people to get sh*t done.

The 12-week Engage & Grow Programme
Our six-step programme creates a powerful & united culture, better customer engagement, more time for leaders, lower employee turnover and a fun & re-energised work environment. The results are phenomenal, and it's a lot of fun.

The 1:1 Leader of Leaders Coaching
Our 1:1 leadership coaching programme will help you and your leaders become even more influential, build a great culture, and revolutionise productivity, buy-in and results from your team.
