Eyja Jelassi has a range of work experience in quality management and product development. In 2022, they joined Bieze Food Group as a Quality Manager and Product Developer. Prior to that, they worked at METRO France as a Project Manager for Quality and Sustainable Development from March 2021 to September 2021. 𝐄𝐲𝐚 also has experience as a Quality Inspection and Control Officer at Certipaq in August 2020 and as an Assistant Engineer in an online grocery store at ClearKarma in July 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Officer at LAND'OR SA from June to July.

Eya Jelassi has a education history that includes attending AgroParisTech from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur with a specialization in Management de la qualité, sécurité sanitaire et prévention des risques. Prior to that, they attended the Institut National Agronomique de Tunisie (INAT) from 2017 to 2019, although the degree obtained during that time is not specified. In addition to their academic education, Eya Jelassi also received a certification in TOEIC in March 2021 from The TOEIC® Program.
