Remco Duiker has a diverse work experience. From 2005 to the present, they have worked at Bieze Food Group in various roles including Manager Organizational Development/ Projecten, Manager Business Control & Projecten, Manager Projectenbureau, and Projectleider Business Development. In 2017, they also served as a member of the Ouderpanel at KBS Wolderweide.

Remco Duiker has a comprehensive education history. In 2002, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Before this, from 1999 to 2002, they studied Logistics and Economics at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. In 2008, they successfully completed their PRINCE 2 Practitioner certification from ICM. From 2010 to 2012, Remco completed the High Potential Program Bieze Food Group at DOOR Training & Coaching. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued the Certified Professional Program in Implementation and Change Management from Open Universiteit. In 2015, they underwent a 2-day training on Effective Forecasting by Alex van Groningen. The following year, they attended the Collegereeks Organisatie 3.0 by Focus/Nyenrode Business University. In 2017, Remco participated in the Collegereeks Strategie 3.0 organized by Focus Conferences. In 2018, they enrolled in The People Side of Change, a Prosci Change Management Certification Practitioner program. Furthermore, in the same year, they completed a Masterclass in Portfolio Management from Arlande. Finally, in 2019, Remco completed a Masterclass in Scaling Agile from Nyenrode Business University.
