Xavier Ducros

Xavier Ducros is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investment structuring, product development, and sustainability metrics. Currently serving as an Advisor at bfinance since May 2023, Xavier previously held the position of Managing Director for Europe at OWL ESG, Inc., where the focus was on sustainability data and governance metrics. As a Founding Partner at ARC Responsible Investment, Xavier was involved in business and product development from March 2018 to December 2022. Other key roles include serving as Key Account Manager for Northern Europe at C8 Technologies and Head of Product Development at Finvex, specializing in ESG and ethical indices. Prior experience includes high-ranking positions at Novarca, Rabobank, HSBC, and Commerzbank, with a career spanning over two decades in derivatives structuring and sales. Xavier holds a DESS in Banking & Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and has further academic credentials from EBS Paris - European Business School.
