BFL (Banque Franco-Lao Ltd.) is a joint venture between BRED Banque Populaire SA, the first regional bank within BPCE, second largest banking group in France, and BCEL Public, the first commercial bank in Lao PDR .

Established in 2008, the partnership brings considerable expertise to the banking industry in Lao PDR.

End of 2017, BFL has more than 25.000 Customers, the second largest ATM network of the country and proposes a large scale of products from Everyday Banking to Trade Finance, through tailored made solutions for local and international corporates.
