Daniel Radulescu is the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Corporate Affairs at BFL CANADA, the largest employee-owned insurance brokerage in Canada. Since joining the company in 2017 as its first in-house legal counsel, they have overseen the legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs for the organization. Prior to their current role, Daniel practiced commercial and insurance litigation for over a decade at Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon and served as a Junior Legal Consultant at the International Labour Organization. They are a member of the Quebec Bar and a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Bachelor of Laws.
