Katrina Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits consulting and management. Currently serving as a Council Member on the CPBI Ontario Regional Council and as a Board Member for Toronto ISCEBS, Katrina also holds the position of Senior Consultant at BFL CANADA. Previously, Katrina spent over a decade at Willis Towers Watson, where roles included Associate Director and Toronto Operations Leader for Health & Benefits, effectively managing client relationships and operational processes across teams. Katrina's career began in the administrative sector, transitioning from various roles at Aon Consulting and Watson Wyatt Canada ULC to becoming an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics, showcasing a strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills throughout their diverse career.
