Robert Smith

Robert Smith is currently the Senior Vice President and National Practice Leader for Claims, Property, and Business Interruption at BFL Canada. With over 24 years at Marsh Canada as a senior claims consultant, Robert provided advisory and consultancy services to national and global clients. Prior to that, Robert accumulated more than a decade of international loss adjusting experience and three years in project engineering with Alcoa Minerals of Jamaica. Robert holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, and has earned the Canadian Risk Management designation.
