Tan Singh

Tan Singh, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at BFL CANADA since 2018. Previously, Tan worked at Walmart for 14 years, holding the title of Senior Director, Walmart International, where Tan was responsible for governance, responsible sourcing, compliance, and human resources. Prior to Walmart, Tan worked as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at John Deere Credit. Tan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University, a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University, an MBA in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Humber College. In addition, Tan recently completed a Workplace Mental Health Leadership program at Queen's University in 2021.
