Mallory Taylor is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various organizations. They began their career at Eastlink in a Human Resources role from 2012 to 2014, before becoming a Professional Resources Advisor at McInnes Cooper until 2016. They continued to advance their career at MNP, where they held positions as Human Capital Manager and later Senior Human Capital Manager from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Mallory serves as the Head of HR Transformation and Programs at BF&M Group, a position they have held since 2025, while also pursuing a Human Resources Management Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Saint Mary's University.
