BFRB UK & Ireland

We are charitable organisation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBs), including hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, and associated disorders. We facilitate peer-led support groups, host online and in-person events, and raise awareness of BFRBs in local and national media.
