Moses Nmor

Moses Nmor has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Moses co-founded BFREE Africa in 2020. At Nomba, they worked as the Head of Sales (Agent Banking) from July 2020 to January 2021, where they were responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the agent acquisition team, and overseeing marketing and training programs. Before that, they were the Head of Direct Sales at FairMoney for six months in 2020, setting up a high-performing direct sales agents network and implementing a KPI system.

In 2018, Moses joined OPay as a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, where they focused on mobile money agent acquisition, proposed marketing strategies, and acquired new merchants. Prior to this, at Hotels.ng, they served as the Head - Corporate Partnerships & Business Development, securing partnerships and meeting income targets. Moses also held the role of Head - Customer Experience, overseeing customer engagement plans and call center operations. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and processed reservations and customer complaints at the company.

At MTN Nigeria, Moses worked as a Customer Service Representative, selling devices and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Admin & Accounts Officer at Crowe Dafinone, where they managed petty cash, reconciled accounts, and processed financial transactions.

Throughout their career, Moses has demonstrated strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive growth and achieve sales goals.

Moses Nmor attended the National Open University of Nigeria, where they pursued a degree in Communications Technology starting from 2014. Moses has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they obtained the Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Associate SQL and Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Associate certifications from Oracle, as well as the Oracle Database 10g Administrator & Linux Essentials certification from United Global Resources Limited. In 2012, they obtained the Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Professional certification from Oracle. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Online Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) from HP LIFE in 2014. In 2019, they obtained the certification in Innovative Business Leadership and Efficient People Management from SalesRuby, and in 2020, they obtained the certifications in Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products from Product School and Sales Management Training: Strategies for Developing a Successful Modern Sales Team from HubSpot Academy.
