BFT offers 50 minute classes of progressive programs that combine cardio with strength and resistance training, and provide superior and most importantly, personalised results through bespoke heart rate technology - BFT³.
 
Founded by Cameron Falloon, a former AFL strength and conditioning coach, Falloon takes those same elite programming methods he has successfully used for over 20 years in the industry, and makes them accessible to anyone at any fitness level.
 
We have incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of sessions that are overseen by accredited trainers in a dynamic group environment. High levels of visual content showcasing our programs are shown on multiple screens throughout the studio, which allow our trainers to spend more time concentrating on our members, while the screens direct the traffic.
