Paul Athwal is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of Group Finance at BGAM since October 2024, Paul previously held significant positions at The Football Association as Divisional Head of Finance, at Sogeti as Director of Finance, and at Capgemini Plc in various capacities including Global Commercial Manager and Sector Finance Controller. Earlier experience includes serving as Commercial Accountant for Mitchells & Butlers Plc and Management Accountant at Barclays Bank Plc. Paul Athwal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of West London and is a member of ACCA, with foundational education at The Royal Wolverhampton School.
