Hillary Topps is an experienced Water Resources Engineer currently employed at BGC Engineering Inc. since October 2020, where responsibilities include providing mine water management support in Saskatchewan and Manitoba while pursuing business development in river engineering and fish habitat design. Prior experience at Golder Associates involved work on climate and hydrology studies, flood mapping, and hydraulic structure design within the mine water management group. Additional roles include a Hydrogeology Intern at GW Solutions and a Research Assistant at McGill University, where a project explored the impact of groundwater extraction on river flows. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from The University of British Columbia, complemented by an exchange experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering at UBC.
