Josh Young

Josh Young is a Conductor at Maestro Development, where they lead a service company specializing in single-family home construction and renovation. They have over a decade of experience as a contract engineer, providing geological support for major mining and civil projects across Canada and Mexico. Previously, they held roles as a Hydrogeological Engineer at Golder Associates and as a Project Manager with reVISION Custom Home Renovations Inc., overseeing numerous award-winning projects. Josh holds a B.A.Sc. in Geological Engineering from The University of British Columbia and is dedicated to fostering best practices in building technology and mentoring others in the field.
