Martin Devonald

Martin Devonald is a highly experienced geotechnical engineer currently serving as Principal Geotechnical Engineer at BGC Engineering Inc. since April 2010. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of Principal Engineering Geologist at AECOM from January 2006 to March 2010 and worked as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Halcrow from April 1997 to December 2005. Martin's career began as an Engineering Geologist at Sir Alexander Gibb & Partners from February 1993 to December 1995, following a role as Field Engineer at Anadrill Schlumberger from November 1990 to January 1993. Martin holds an MSc in Engineering Geology from Durham University and a BSc in Geology from Aberystwyth University.
