Peter Codling

Peter Codling is an Earth Scientist at BGC Engineering Inc. since July 2020, previously holding the position of Junior Geoscientist. Prior to this role, Peter worked as an Engineering Geologist at Fugro, where responsibilities included managing small-scale geotechnical investigations within the Onshore and Nearshore Drilling Departments. Experience also includes serving as a Graduate Engineering Geologist at Geocore Site Investigations Ltd, assisting senior geologists in producing soil and rock core descriptions, and as an Offshore Exploration Geologist Intern at the Alfred Wegener Institute, contributing to an international research expedition in Northeast Greenland. Peter holds a Master of Science by Research in Geology and Paleooceanography from Durham University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geoscience from Newcastle University.
