Robyn Affleck

Robyn Affleck currently serves as the Manager of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Experience at BGC Engineering Inc., where responsibilities include leading EDI and employee engagement initiatives across a global organization. Previously, Robyn held the position of Manager of Respect Diversity and Inclusion at Douglas College, overseeing the creation of the first EDI Steering Committee and strategic plans. As the founder and Executive Director of Jugamos "Let's Play," an international sport for development organization, Robyn utilized sport and play for community development. Additional experience includes serving as the Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator for the City of Surrey and as a Program Coordinator with Right To Play. Robyn holds a Master of Arts in International Leadership from Simon Fraser University and multiple relevant degrees in international management and political science.
