Adava T. currently serves as the Regional Talent Acquisition & Development Lead for APAC at BGC Group and Cantor Fitzgerald since August 2017, overseeing recruitment strategies, early careers programs, learning and talent development, and employer branding across multiple countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and the Philippines. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Gravitas Recruitment Group Asia, where Adava attained recognition as the 3rd Top Biller in Asia in 2016, and as Senior Consultant in Banking & Finance Technology at Huxley, earning accolades as the Top Yielding Permanent Consultant in Hong Kong in 2014 and Top Billing Rookie in 2013. Early career began with an internship at Strategic Public Relations Group. Adava holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, and graduated from St. John Fisher High School in Peterborough, U.K.
