Leonie C. is currently the Head of Compliance for BGC Group in Hong Kong, overseeing compliance for regulated entities under the SFC and HKMA since December 2022. Leonie has extensive experience in compliance roles, having served as a Compliance Officer at Sunrise Brokers HK/BGC Group since November 2017, where responsibilities included regulatory licensing, compliance advisory, and client onboarding KYC assessments. Previously, Leonie worked as an Assistant Compliance Manager at ComplianceAsia and held positions at CIMB Securities Limited, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, HPWM - HSBC Private Bank Paris, and Credit Agricole Asset Management, gaining expertise in compliance, client management, and trading support.
