Terry Ko

Terry Ko is currently serving as Legal Counsel for M&A and BGC Corporate Legal at BGC Group and as Legal Counsel for M&A and SPACs Legal at Cantor Fitzgerald. Terry is dual qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong, specializing in corporate finance and general corporate transactions, including IPOs and acquisitions. Previously, Terry held positions as a Senior Associate at Hill Dickinson LLP and an Associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP. Terry began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor and later worked as a Solicitor at Vincent T.K. Cheung, Yap & Co. Terry earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies and Comparative Literature from The University of Hong Kong.
