Vicky MacHon

Vicky Machon has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at BGC Group since July 2015, with previous roles including HR Lead for Hong Kong, HR Business Partner, Junior HR Business Partner, HR Officer, and HR Assistant. Prior to joining BGC Group, Vicky held the position of Office Manager at Noble Legal Ltd from October 2012 to July 2015. Vicky holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Avado (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Birmingham (2009-2012). Vicky's foundational education was at Longcroft School from 2002 to 2009.
