Jerry Behnke

Jerry Behnke has worked in Paterson Public Safety positions for 27 years. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry with an AAS in Health Care Management/Parademics and worked as an EMT in the Paterson Fire Department starting in 1987. In 1996, Mr. Behnke was appointed to the Paterson Police Department as a patrolman until 1998 when he was appointed to the Paterson Fire Department. Currently, the President of the Paterson Firefighters Association, Jerry continues to serve the citizens of Paterson. Jerry is married to his wife Sue and has three sons – Jerry, Jarrett, and Jake.
