Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at Boys & Girls Club Paterson designs, implements, and oversees youth development programs, ensuring they meet the educational, recreational, and social needs of the community. They collaborate to develop program strategies, manage clubhouse operations, and ensure quality and consistency across locations, while also coordinating efforts with the Clubhouse Chef to provide nutritious meals for participants.
