Philippe Lamblin

Holder of an MBA from the Center de Perfectionnement aux Affaires (CPA - HEC), Philippe Lamblin led the transformation of the Lesaffre Group as a team (as Director of Human Resources and Communication) from 1990 to 2009. From 2009 to May 2019 , he is working on the transformation of the Avril group. In 2015, he was elected French HRD of the year by his peers.

At the same time, from 1997 to 2001, he was president of the French Athletics Federation and today remains heavily involved in the associative and sports structures of northern France.
