Stephen James is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in construction management, specializing in highways, bridges, and various facilities. Currently employed at Brown & Gay Engineers since August 2008, Stephen has previously held senior project management positions at PBS&J from August 2000 to August 2008 and served as an Area Engineer and District Design Engineer with the Texas Department of Transportation from May 1975 to August 2000. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, completing the degree between 1975 and 1984.
