Wayne Phillips is currently the Chief Inspector at BGE, where they oversee construction inspection on CEI projects. With extensive experience, they held the position of QA Lead at TxDOT from 1984 to 2013, managing all construction contracts and training new employees. In addition, Wayne has contributed to STL Engineers as a QA Lead and Field Manager and served as a Senior Inspector at Michael Baker International since 2017.
