Ann is Head of Legal and a member of the BGF Diversity & Inclusion group.
Ann joined BGF in 2012 and is now responsible for all corporate and investment legal matters including working with BGF’s community of legal advisers. Ann was previously at Pinsent Masons and has over 20 years’ experience in the growth capital, private equity and M&A markets.
Ann is based in Birmingham and has two young children who she spends most of her non-working time running around after.
