Michelle Hill

Michelle Hill serves as Chief Executive Officer at TLC: Talk, Listen, Change since April 2017, focusing on improving emotional wellbeing and fostering healthy relationships. In addition, Michelle holds the position of Non Executive Director and Chair of the Customer and Communities Committee at Mosscare St Vincent's Housing Group, contributing to its social purpose mission. As a Trustee at BGF Foundation, established in 2022, Michelle supports charities improving the lives of disadvantaged individuals. Recently, Michelle was the Interim Managing Director of Now You're Talking, a subsidiary of TLC, until October 2024, and served as a Trustee for Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse from July 2021 to July 2023. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Relate Greater Manchester South, where a significant financial turnaround occurred, and Area Manager at Nacro, leading a large team. Michelle's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Salford and a BA in Public Policy & Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
