Simone Masterson is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Investor at BGF since September 2025, Simone has previously held significant positions as a Board Observer at Cezanne HR, Qodea, and RoukenBio, as well as an Investment Manager at NorthEdge. Simone’s earlier career includes notable roles at EY, including Assistant Director and Senior Executive in Strategy & Transactions, and Audit Senior at BDO UK LLP, specializing in a range of sectors. Simone's involvement in professional organizations includes leadership positions at the ICAEW Student Council and a long-standing role within the Manchester Chartered Accountants' Student Society. Educated at Stonyhurst College, Simone possesses a broad array of skills developed through varied experiences in finance and accounting.
