Hang Su has extensive experience in human resources, primarily serving as an HR Business Partner at BGI Genomics since May 2014, focusing on the Oncology Business Unit and research institutes, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior roles include a Senior HR Generalist emphasizing organizational culture and an HR Generalist responsible for overseas and campus recruitment, showcasing a strong ability to align HR programs with corporate policies while fostering relationships with stakeholders. Hang Su also gained early experience as an HR Administrative Assistant intern with China Postal Express & Logistics Company Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from King's College London and two Bachelor's degrees in Business with Finance and Business Management.
