Simon You

Simon You has extensive experience in human resources and consulting, currently serving as HR Shared Services Director at BGI Group since January 2018, responsible for developing and managing global HR services. Prior to this role, Simon worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Manager of HRIS Functional for the Asia Pacific, supporting HR operations for over 13,000 employees across multiple countries. Simon also held the position of Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on HRMS and system deployment for various clients, and began the career as a Consultant at Avnet, providing technical support for Oracle HRMS. Simon earned an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and holds another MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Southeast University.
