Chip Sassone

Chip Sassone is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in flight training and leadership. They served as a Carrier Pilot and Commander in the US Navy from 1980 to 2000, later becoming an Airline Transport Pilot at Delta Air Lines, where they held various leadership roles until 2019. Currently, Chip works as an Aviation Leadership, Training, and Curriculum Consultant at Summa Associates LLC and serves as a Senior Technical Advisor at BGI, LLC. Chip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Virginia, completed in 1977.
