Eric Fick

Eric Fick, LtGen (Ret) is a seasoned leader and mentor currently serving as a Partner at Elara Nova. With a robust background in aerospace and defense, they previously held the position of President at Lyten Federal Solutions, advancing innovative materials for next-generation applications. Eric’s extensive military career includes roles such as Deputy Program Executive Officer for the F-35 Joint Program Office and various leadership positions within the United States Air Force, where they managed significant acquisition and operational programs. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and continue to contribute as a Senior Advisor for BGI, LLC and Resonant Sciences LLC, as well as a Board Member for Parallax Advanced Research.
