John Griffin

John "Jay" Griffin is a seasoned aviation professional currently serving as a 737 First Officer at United Airlines and a Subject Matter Expert at BGI, LLC. With over 23 years of military and aviation experience, they have accrued more than 3,000 fighter flying hours and have held significant roles, including F-16 Instructor and Senior Program Manager at the U.S. Air Force. Prior to their current positions, Jay successfully managed substantial training contracts at Lockheed Martin and the U.S. Air Force, where they delivered measurable improvements in operational efficiency and project outcomes. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
