Marcel Schmidt

Marcel "Badger" Schmidt is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Site Manager and Courseware Manager for BGI, LLC since February 2017, where responsibilities include managing F-16 Academics and acting as a Deputy Site Manager and F-16 simulator instructor pilot. Additionally, Marcel Schmidt has been the Air Operations Division Manager and Senior Advisor for Global Aerospace Logistics since May 2016, overseeing UAE F-16 and Mirage pilots and simulator instructors. Prior roles include Senior Advisor at Global Aerospace Logistics from August 2012 to December 2016 and serving with the United States Air Force from 2004 to 2012, including a position with Booz Allen as Chief of Fighter Bomber Programs. Marcel Schmidt holds a Master's degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Western Colorado University.
