Sam Parmarter

Sam Parmarter has a diverse work experience background. Sam started their career in 1991 as a Radar Intercept Officer in the US Navy, where they served until 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Sam worked as a Joint Operations Analyst in the US Navy. In 2006, they joined SAIC as a UMFO Subject Matter Expert and remained there until 2007. Sam then moved on to BGI, LLC, where they worked from 2007 to the present. At BGI, LLC, they started as an Operations Analyst and later transitioned into the role of Program Manager. As a Program Manager, Sam was responsible for managing a team of 10 individuals designing Interactive Courseware for the US Navy, specifically supporting Naval Flight Officer Training Programs such as the UMFO Ground Based Training System.

Sam Parmarter completed a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of West Florida from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1991, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/ Security Studies from Florida State University. Sam also attended Butler High School from 1983 to 1985, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for that period.
