Derek Schippers

Derek Schippers is a seasoned Facilities Manager with extensive experience in managing diverse property portfolios across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Facilities Manager at BGIS since August 2013, Derek oversees the HCF contract and previously managed contracts for NSW Police and Endeavour Energy. Prior experience includes managing the Sydney Water Facilities Management contract at Spotless Group, and handling mixed retail and cinema facilities for Knight Frank Australia and Johnson Controls, where Derek contributed to ongoing capital works and client relations. Derek holds a degree from Auckland University of Technology.
