Michael Allen

Michael Allen serves as the Managing Director and National Director of Operations at BGIS, where responsibilities include overseeing the Mobil Canada account across 240 gas stations, managing operations, and enhancing client relationships. Michael has a track record of achieving significant growth, exemplified by a 50% increase in retail gas business and the successful implementation of technology solutions like Power BI and an upgraded Work Order Management System. Prior to BGIS, Michael held various leadership roles at Suncor, including Director of Product Management for point of sale systems, where key accomplishments included leading a historic technology transformation project and introducing Agile methodologies across IT projects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Economics from the University of Guelph and completed the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
