Neil Mullaney

Neil Mullaney has extensive experience in facilities and project management, currently serving on the Branch Committee of the Facility Management Association of Australia since December 2023 and as a National Account Manager at BGIS since October 2019. Prior roles include FM Operations Manager for NSW Police at BGIS and various managerial positions at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing operations for Australia Post, where responsibilities encompassed managing Australia's largest mixed portfolio in corporate, retail, and logistics sectors. Earlier experience includes working as Regional Facilities Manager at BBC Workplace, managing a £2.5 million work in progress (WIP) and profit & loss, as well as serving as Building Services Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland at Carillion. Neil Mullaney holds a Diploma in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management, along with other management-related training.
