Neil Smith is a qualified project management professional with over 14 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction industries across the UK and Australia. Currently a Senior Project Manager at BGIS, Neil has performed client-side secondment roles for government sector clients since 2015, including work for Qantas Airways Ltd. Prior to this, Neil held positions as a Senior Advisor at E3 Advisory and as a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, where notable projects included the Morpeth Flood Alleviation Scheme. Neil has played a pivotal role in developing strategic project management frameworks for the Queensland Government.
