Rob Pilgrim

Rob Pilgrim is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at BGIS since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at SERCO INC from May 2005 to December 2021, where responsibilities included the management of a large team focused on the operation and maintenance of facilities at 5 Wing Goose Bay, as well as overseeing design solutions for the Department of National Defence. Earlier in Rob's career, from October 2000 to July 2004, Rob worked as Chief Engineer at AD Boivin design Inc., managing component design and purchasing from major suppliers, with an annual budget of $4 million. Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University, which was completed in 2001.
