Sean Brooks

Sean Brooks is a seasoned professional in vendor management and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Vendor Management at BGIS since January 2024. Previously, from January 2007 to May 2023, Sean held various director-level positions at Bell, including Director of Performance Management in Real Estate, where oversight included a $400M annual budget and 10,000+ sites across Canada. Sean implemented strategic vendor management and cost-control processes and led initiatives that reduced discretionary spending by $40M annually. Sean's extensive experience in procurement operations encompasses managing a $100M+ corporate travel and expense program and establishing policies for discretionary spending. Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Guelph, earned between 1994 and 1998.
