Sedrick Smith

Sedrick Smith is an experienced project and facilities manager with a solid background in procurement and real estate services. Currently serving as a Project Manager for BGIS, Sedrick is part of the Project Delivery Team assigned to Rogers Corporate Real Estate Group. Previously, Sedrick held the role of Senior Project Manager at CBRE, overseeing capital real estate projects across Canada. At AECOM, Sedrick gained extensive experience as both a Senior Project Manager and Senior Regional Facilities Manager, managing significant construction and renovation projects while also overseeing office buildouts and staff relocations. Earlier in the career at EarthTech Canada Ltd, Sedrick managed procurement and facilities management initiatives. Sedrick holds a diploma in Business Administration from Ryerson University and multiple certifications in supply chain management and procurement from established organizations.
