Simon Gaulin

Simon Gaulin has over two decades of experience in building operations and maintenance. Currently serving as a TEQB at BGIS since March 2020, Simon is responsible for the technical management of key properties within Bell's real estate portfolio, overseeing building mechanics and operations. Prior to this role, Simon was a Building Operator at Oxford Properties Group from June 2004 to March 2020, where responsibilities included the management and operation of building automation systems and the implementation of a computerized maintenance management system. Earlier in Simon's career, a position as a maintenance technician at Les Hôtels JARO was held. Simon's educational background includes a professional qualification certificate in refrigeration systems and a DEP in electricity, complemented by studies at the École des métiers et occupations de l’industrie de la construction de Québec and CEGEP de Limoilou.
