Stephen Emery

Stephen Emery is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate and project management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President, Projects for North America on the TD Account at BGIS, Emery also holds the position of Managing Director at P3 Advisors Inc. From June 2011 to April 2022, Emery was Senior Vice President of Realty Projects and Contract Management at Infrastructure Ontario, overseeing a team of 30 professionals and playing a key role in COVID-19 crisis support initiatives. Previously, Emery held leadership roles as Vice President of Asset Management and Regional Director of Operations at Ontario Realty Corporation, demonstrating expertise in asset management, emergency response, and stakeholder relations. Emery's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager of Project Delivery at BLJC. Educational credentials include a degree in Architectural Technology from Humber College and studies at Queen's University.
